Installation Process

RAW MATERIAL is directly supplied by TATA steel company. TATA 275gsm of thickness 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.8mm and 4mm is the order that we usually place according to the needs of our customers.
The wire is cut, straightened to the length required and fed into the weld mesh making machines.
Welding process is carried out under perfect temperature is very essential by professional workers which when not taken care leads to the breakage of wires.
Processed wire is then cut to the size required removing all wastage.
Following this the bending process takes place using bending machines after which the wire is carried to the site for installation.

Initially steel frame [M stand] is set after galvanization for proper alignment on top of which the cage is fixed.
Cage mat is placed at the bottom for egg collection, Nipples are fixed on pipelines for watering, fogger is fixed to maintain temperature and feeding trays are placed.
